I don’t expect my money back anymore. I have made this only issue website hoping that this does not happen again and nobody has to get through this again. From here I tell you my experience, but keep in mind one thing:

If you follow a tipster or any other sports bet services, don’t bet in Anonibet. They are going to STEAL your Bitcoins claiming that you are using multiple accounts

I used an Anonibet account during the last 3 months to bet on Tennis, at the beginning I had no problems with them, a part from some issues submitting my bets and the APP is quite slow.

After just a few winning bets, my account was limited being able to earn 11-25€ per bet (in Bitcoins) depending on the market.

The 20^th of March, without any other message or notification whilst trying to log in I found myself in this situation:

I got in touch with them via chat asking for some explanations, receiving the above answers (Tina, Picture 1).

Anonibet is an anonymous betting site but we do not allow one user to have multiple accounts.Our fraud department has come to the decision that a number of accounts were linked and belong to the same member. This violates personal limit regulations and is considered as fraud according to the site rules. Therefore your account has been closed.

I replied them, politely, explaining that is impossible because I just have ONE account, linked to my personal email address, starting with my last name plus @gmail.com at the end. Besides, I offer all my personal documentation (ID, bank statement, passport, utility bills) to proof and verify my personal account I even offer them to speak via skype so they can verify it is me.

 

ANONIBET HAS STOLE ME 0.120 BITCOINS

Anonibet, using anonymity as a shield, rob their customers and gives no explanation to them.

Limit a winning account IS VERY UNFAIR but upon suspicion they lock and close your account and they DO NOT give your money back, THAT IS A ROBBERY.

On the other hand, Anonibet has the highest bet commission on the market. But they are terribly bad setting odds up, you can find Value Bets even though the big margins.

In any case, if they don’t know how to set the right tennis odds they should not be offering them.

HOW ANONIBET WORKS WITH USERS THAT FOLLOW TIPSTERS

Four members of my tipster’s Telegram group have had the same problem with Anonibet. Among all of us Anonibet has stolen 1 Bitcoin.

• A tipster shares his sport tips.
• Users of this group bet those tips on Anonibet.
• Anonibet accuses us of being the same person, they lock our accounts and keep our money.
• Subsequently, they close your account and stops answering your emails or chat messages.

This is an anynomous web site we do not require any proof of identity. Your digital footprints and existing bets indicate that multiple accounts are being used for the same bets from same IPs/geolocations. There is more than enough evidence so please stop trying to convince us that you have only one account. This does not change the nature of fraud. Regular and exact same bets from diiferent accounts at the same time indicate an organized attempt to abuse the fair personal limits, and that is fraud, as stated at web site rules.

 

After insisting to speak to a supervisor or someone who could manage my case, they gave me the following email, johnny.huxley@anonibet.com.

I sent him an email explaining everything and asking politely for a solution, I want my money back.

Well this company that boasts of its customer services they did not deign to answer my email.
